Here is an ideal project bus for the do-it-yourself converter. It has already been stripped for refinishing and conversion, but the parts are inside. It has been stored for some time in a dry, rust-free climate, (Chino hills of Southern CA). This bus is ready to trailer home and begin the project!
(It's going to need new wheels and tires, but then they all do - and these appear to be good enough to get it up on the trailer and home.)
Ditto for Windshield glass and molding - but the same applies, and they are available.

Interior already stripped, windows out ready for prep and painting
Repower mostly done - 427 Chevy and Allison Trans (although one or both may need rebuilding.)
Complete Examination before purchase is easy-access

Here is the owner's description to date:
"I'm located in Chino Hills California, near Ontario/ Pomona. The bus currently has a Chev 427 and Allison trans. Not completely installed and they will need to be rebuilt. I do have the side glass, but no windshield. Interior is already stripped, ready for conversion. I have to get it off my property, we're building on it and I need the room.
