Update - 06 Aug '09
It has been brought to your webmaster's attention that Chet has moved and that some of our info is out of date. I expect to hear from his son, soon, and get some pix and details on these orphan Clippers.
Chet's latest phone no. is 269-445-0641. But communication is difficult due to hearing problems, so you may want to wait for an update.

Originally purchased by a church group, this Visicoach was used very
little. The original miles recorded on the speedometer, and verified by
the hubdometer, are less than 50,000! Chet has owned it for over 30
years, and it has always been stored indoors. Special features are:
- NO rust at all

to replace the 4-71 when he first bought the bus.
- Already Motorhome converted, with Short Fridge, Stove, Toilet,
Holding Tank

2. '67 Flatroof Starliner 31 201 - $1250
Originally bought by the state of Indiana, this bus was used for
transporting prisoners. It got on the wrong side of a prison riot and
had all its glass broken out and some wiring torn out of the dash. Dash
kicked in, too. No fires, though! Chet bought this from a dealer who'd
got it at a state auction, and has been storing it indoors ever since.
He has fresh side windows and a Left Windshield. Right one required
as I understand it. Bus is currently seated.

3. 65 Starliner 31 159 - $350
Chet bought this bus a number of years ago from the previous owner, a
friend who'd begun work, fell ill, and passed it on to Chet. Before
Chet the PO had removed the side skins (front and rear are still intact)
and the window units, intending to replace them. Old skins are "not too
bad," and are still in the bus, which is stripped inside.

running down the road sans side skins!)

- Ribs and such are in good condition - and this may easily be
verified
- Price is $350
